Father God you have set before humanity the challenge and responsibility of caring for your creation and sharing in your purposes. We pray for people who frustrated because their working lives do not allow them to use all of their talents and energies; we pray for those who are looking for a new challenge. In your providence, Lord, open the doors to new, creative uses of leisure time in which their talents can be fully used. Grant to them, Lord God, the sublime vision of your purpose in creation and a true insight into your purpose for them. We pray for those whose guidance they may seek in planning career change; grant to them patience and wisdom in helping them to discern the right way for them and for your honour and glory.
