We remember before you, Lord, people who are content and fulfilled in their work and enjoy serving others. We join with them in thankfulness for the work they do and for the good it brings to them and the wider community. Enable them, we pray, to take delight in what they do and in their own contentment. May they share their sunny influence with others, so that all may be blessed.
